So fun, definitely recommend! We were concerned about how many people would be there, but the day and time we chose worked out well and it was not crowded. Oh, they have the Virtual Reality headsets and our family of 4 did two of the available 3 options. I honestly wish we had arrived earlier to be able to do some things again like laser tag we only got to do once and the spinning bumper cars also.
There's a 2 hour limit on your tickets unless they do not sell out or get packed in which case they allow you to stay longer (which I feel that you need since there's a lot to do with the Platinum Pass that I feel you need more than 2 hours to enjoy).

There was a warrior course (obstacle course like a mini ninja warrior), laser tag, trampoline park area, the flyer (like zip lining), a ropes course, spinning bumper cars, various rock walls, and so on. This gave us access to all the rides including 2 times on the two-level go karts, and unlimited access to just about everything else if I remember correctly. Our family of 4 drove up from NYC and purchased the platinum tickets for the kids along with the parent platinum passes (half price for parents). Last week of June 2021 we went to this Urban Air location to celebrate my son's 5th grade graduation.

They definitely need someone professional and responsible who knows how to make pizza and take orders properly. Also after my order there was aĬouple also not happy either because their pizza was not ready. Few minutes later they brought us the 2nd pizza. The Manager doesn't know how to do customer service or apologize. After the1st pizza finally was ready I ordered extra 3 waters and I thought maybe at least they will not charge me for that it was like $7and change but they did. I asked the manager if they can do it something for us for the wait and inconvenience and he ignored me and just simply said pizza will be coming in few minutes. I was very disappointed because I pulled 6 kids from the games thinking the food is ready and it wasn't and we had to wait longer for the pizza. Than during waiting I asked the manager if he could check on the pizza and after he came he told us that they have to remake the pizza because it burned out. The service at the Cafe was not organized, the girl was not very knowledgeable she paged us that the pizza is ready after 10-15 minutes we placed the order but she said that it was mistake and the pizza is not ready. Everything went well accept when we ordered the pizza at their Cafe.
We took our son and his friends there for his birthday and they had fantastic time there.
